Then add Salt, Sugar, Flour, and lastly Yeast.Set your bread machine to the dough setting. This will take approximately 90 minutes.Split the dough into 16. Roll out into a long roll, pinch the ends together and twist twice. Lay flat and add salt or sugar if preferred.Add Water and Baking Soda to a pot and bring to a boil. Heat oven to 450F.Gently add the dough to the water and boil for 1 minute. Strain dough and place on oiled baking tray.Bake dough for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack before eating.If using starter reduce water by 60 g and flour by 60 g.
